Janice is a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, with a PhD in Behavioural Sciences.  Janice trained with Randall Churchill and Marleen Mulder at HTI, and is a member in good standing with the National Guild of Hypnotists (NGH) the world’s largest professional hypnosis organization, and the American Council of Hypnotist Examiners (ACHE), based in California.

 

An Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) Practitioner and Trainer, Janice uses effective tapping sequences (Acupuncture, without the needles) combined with NLP languaging, and natural hypnotic relaxation, to rapidly release emotional fears and anxieties.

 

Many years after a serious auto crash Janice found EFT and release from chronic pain.  A journey within holistic and complimentary medicine began.  Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) certification with Richard Bandler in London in 2003.  Janice learned about ColorWorks® vibrational medicine and Conklin Method Healing Within Workshops, training with Patti Conklin, PhD., MH, International Healer and speaker.

 

Certifications in BrainView Training, Level I and Level II were presented by Susan Fox, CH, CBT, AA, founder of the BrainView Training Institute, in 2005-2006.  BrainView involves the brain's four quadrants' internal and external relationships.  Each quadrant is distinctly individual.  Fully engaging the individual thinking styles of the brain quadrants is done most effectively in the wording of each quadrant's own thinking style... using cutting edge brain dialogue.

 

Relaxation is a key factor to lowering stress and increasing wellness within your body.  Physical and emotional pain levels lower noticeably when your body relaxes.  You think more clearly when relaxed.

 

Mind and body interaction are directly linked.  Relaxation deeply effects the mind/body interactive cycle.  Your thoughts, emotions, and the chemicals produced by your brain in response to your emotions can be altered, by you, very specifically in a number of beneficial ways.
